The Investor Relations Coordinator will assist the Investor Relations team in the delivery of key Investor Relations activities and information including Quarterly Earnings, Press Releases, Roadshows, Conferences and internal Investor Relations events and provide administrative support to department personnel. Essential Duties include:
Coordination/Project Duties:
* Responsible for production of the Company's External Investor
Relations marketing materials and shareholder communications, as well as
the preparation and coordination of presentation materials for
the Company's internal Board of Directors and employee meetings.
* Assist in the production, printing and mailing of the Company's
Annual Report to Shareholders and Investor Information Handbook, if necessary.
* Assist with the development and dissemination of an annual
comprehensive Investor Relations update to the Board of Directors.
* Coordinate interactive organizational graphics and creative artwork
for presentation materials and publication materials necessary to
execute corporate Investor Relations' and Senior Management's
equity marketing strategies and communications goals.
* Liaise with vendors to provide information, graphics and ensure
high quality, on time, and on budget completion of contracted services
and projects.
* Negotiate and secure approval/permission for the use of licensed/copy
written or trademarked materials.
* Manage Investor Information section of external company website,
including the posting of presentations and materials in compliance
with applicable securities laws and internal policies.
* Create and manage a department guidebook by defining and documenting
key processes and procedures.
* Generate and manage the Investor Relations strategic calendar.
* Assist with financial and market research, including peer company
information and gold market research.
* Work with sell-side institutions to coordinate investor road shows;
includes logistical coordination and assembling the appropriate
documents for the marketing effort.
Administrative Duties:
* Receive and screen telephone calls and visitors.
* Arrange travel and prepare expenses for department's personnel.
* Schedule and coordinate department meetings.
* Facilitate team meetings to review projects and other department activities.
* Responsible for coordinating cohesive presentation of management
material to the Company's Board of Directors, including creation and
visual editing of power point presentations, and serving as the
technical advisor and operator of Boardroom A/V equipment.
* Create and manage department budget.
* Maintain and coordinate Vice President and Investor Relations' team calendars.
* Coordinate travel, meeting logistics, invitations and event communication
for roadshows, conferences, analyst tours and Analyst Day. Serve as
a single point of contact for external inquiries, partners and vendors.

Working Conditions
* The position is located in the Denver corporate office.
* Position may be required to travel to, and assist other domestic
and international sites.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and minimum 5 years
of experience in Corporate setting.
* Literacy on PC platform.
* High degree of skill in Power Point, Excel and other Microsoft Products.
* Ability to maintain complete confidentiality with respect to
highest-level company business planning and other material and
proprietary non-public information.
* Detail-oriented and strong ability to multi-task.
