Job Description

Account Manager for the Mining Truck Business.

Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, client issues and compliance on client deliverables and revenue. Reviews all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met. Owns the contract and changes to the contract.Works closely with the project team to maintain continuous knowledge of the project status in order to identify potential issues and opportunities within or related to the project. Approves Change orders and invoices and is responsible for all commercial issues. Aware and in pursuit for account growth and new business.Provides regular communication between the client and the team. Reports to the Business Manager, providing regular input on all account activity.
Proven Account Management skills required in order to create maintain and enhance customer relationships.

Minimum 5+ years of Account/Project Management experience. Extremely detail oriented. Technical Competence in Electrical Machines. Motivated, goal oriented, persistent an a skilled negotiator. High level of initiative and works well in a team environment. Excellent written and Oral Communication Skills. Knowledge of Siemens Business Processes and SAP a plus. Excellent knowledge of MS Office Programs.
